Crock Pot Chicken Tenders

I got this recipe from my sister-in-law, Mary.

1 lb chicken tenders
1 3 oz pkg cream cheese
1/2 pkg Italian salad dressing mix
2 cans cream of chicken soup

Put chicken in crock pot, add cream cheese, Italian dressing, and soup. Cook on low for 3-4 hours. Serve over egg noodles or rice.

If I wanted to do 3-lb or even 6-lb of chicken tenderloins, how long would I need them to slow-roast in the crockpot? Still only 3-4 hours?

To be honest, I'm not sure. Maybe plan on a little longer.
