Arabic Salad


3 medium tomatoes, diced
1 cucumber, diced
small bunch of green onions, diced
1 garlic clove (minced)
Juice from 1 lemon
Salt and pepper
2 T olive oil
1 T chopped mint leaves
1 T chopped parsley leaves
• Mix all ingredients together, and serve (although it is best after it sits for 20-30 minutes).
